Typical running costs
Before purchasing your holiday home you will need to budget for additional running costs such as annual site fees, rates and utilities. Costs vary from park to park and pitch to pitch. Up-to-date costs and information can be obtained from each park.

Your Options
Depending on your choice of holiday home, there is a huge array of options. You can select TV’s and entertainment systems and often choose the size and shape of your deck including hot-tubs. Timber lodges and Log cabins can have many interior choices such as kitchens, furnishings and even the layout of the floor plan, sales advisors can assist with these options.

Part exchange
Holiday home owners on other holiday park’s, wanting to leave, can join a North Dales Park and we will assist in the transfer, offsetting your existing holiday home in part exchange towards a new one.
